(1) Cultivation of trunk: one of the clustered shoots is artificially selected as the trunk of the tree, and other branches are cut off to limit the growth of multiple branches;
(2) selecting and retaining the crown: according to the determined tree shape, purposefully selecting and retaining the upper branches of the trunk as the main branches of the crown year by year;
(3) Regeneration of fruit branches: the secondary branches germinate on the lateral branches of the main branches, but the fruiting ability of fruit branches decreases with the extension of branch age. Therefore, the fruiting branches of long branches should be cut off every year, and the fruiting branches should be kept for one or two years;
④ Balance tree potential: according to the growth potential of the tree, the branches of the crown are arranged reasonably by pruning, and the relationship between growth and fruit is adjusted by pruning amount. Among them, the control of long branches is particularly important. The growth of long branches is large, which consumes the most nutrients and does not bear fruit. If it is cut off in time, it can reduce useless nutrient consumption and relatively increase nutrient accumulation. As the saying goes, "divide the fat into the mouth" is the truth.
