The correction of strabismus should be based on optometry. There are three basic methods:

(1) According to the fitting, some strabismus (such as accommodative esotropia) will be corrected naturally as long as the refractive correction scheme is reasonable and no special treatment is needed.

(2) Some strabismus requires the use of prisms to correct the eye position, and the number of prisms used should be determined through careful inspection.

(3) strabismus that glasses can't correct can only be solved by surgery.
