The car engine needs regular maintenance. When driving through some particularly wet or dusty areas, you should also do some inspection and maintenance on the relevant parts of the engine.
1. Change the oil and oil filter regularly.
When the oil passes through the pores of the oil filter element, solid particles and viscous substances in the oil will accumulate in the filter. If the filter is blocked and the oil cannot pass through the filter element smoothly, the filter element will burst or the safety valve will open, and the dirt will be brought back to the lubrication part through the bypass valve, which will accelerate the engine wear and aggravate the internal pollution.
2. Keep the crankcase well ventilated.
Contaminants in the air will deposit around the PCV valve, which may block the valve. If the PCV valve is blocked, the polluted gas will flow into the air filter in the opposite direction, and the polluted filter element will reduce the filtering ability. If the inhaled mixed gas is too dirty, it will further pollute the crankcase, resulting in increased fuel consumption, increased engine wear and even damage to the engine. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain the PCV regularly to remove pollutants around the PCV valve.
3. Clean the crankcase regularly.
During the operation of the engine, high-pressure unburned gas, acid, water, sulfur and nitrogen oxides in the combustion chamber enter the crankcase through the gap between the piston ring and the cylinder wall, and mix with the metal powder produced by the wear of parts to form sludge.
Suspended in the engine oil when the amount is small, and precipitated from the engine oil when the amount is large, which blocks the filter and oil hole, making the engine difficult to lubricate and causing wear. In addition, the oxidation of engine oil at high temperature will produce paint film and carbon deposit, which will stick to the piston, increase fuel consumption, reduce engine power, and even make the piston ring jam and pull the cylinder seriously. Therefore, use BGl05 (efficient and quick cleaning agent for lubrication system) regularly to clean the crankcase and keep the engine clean.
4. Clean the fuel system regularly.
When the fuel is supplied to the combustion chamber through the fuel passage, it will inevitably form colloid and carbon deposit in the fuel passage, carburetor, fuel nozzle and combustion chamber, which will interfere with the fuel flow, destroy the normal air-fuel ratio, cause poor fuel atomization, and cause engine jitter, explosion vibration, unstable idle speed, poor acceleration and other performance problems.
Using BG208 (a powerful and efficient fuel system cleaner) to clean the fuel system and using BG202 regularly to control the generation of carbon deposits can keep the engine in the best condition all the time. Traditional disassembly and cleaning methods will affect the stability of the engine because of assembly errors. When in use, it can not only remove the sludge and carbon deposits in the oil tank, oil gallery, oil nozzle, combustion chamber and exhaust system without disassembly, but also repair the friction and wear caused by machine operation.
5. Maintain the water tank regularly.
Rusting and scaling of engine water tank are the most common problems. Rust and scale will restrict the flow of coolant in the cooling system, reduce heat dissipation, lead to overheating of the engine and even cause engine damage.
Oxidation of cooling liquid will also form acidic substances, which will corrode the metal parts of the water tank, resulting in water tank damage and water leakage. Regular use of BG540 (powerful and efficient water tank cleaner) to clean the water tank and remove rust and scale in the water tank can not only ensure the normal operation of the engine, but also prolong the overall life of the water tank and the engine.
6. Maintenance and cleaning of fuel system
Because the automobile fuel distribution system is very precise, it can't be disassembled casually. When cleaning the engine fuel system, use the engine disassembly-free cleaning agent, because there is no need to disassemble the fuel system, on the one hand, it can start to clean the fuel system thoroughly, on the other hand, it is beneficial to protect the engine fuel system.
The operation process of cleaning oil circuit and oil tank with disassembly-free cleaning agent;
1) Open the fuel tank cover, take out the filter cartridge, use a hose to pump out most of the fuel in the fuel tank, leaving fuel about 10~ 15 cm deep, add 80ml* brand ethanol gasoline to replace the cleaning agent, install the filter cartridge, and cover the fuel tank cover.
2) Dismantle the oil inlet pipe and oil return pipe of the engine, connect them with the oil inlet pipe and oil return pipe of the disassembly-free cleaning machine, and connect them into a loop with a special interface.
3) According to the size of the oil storage tank of the disassembly-free cleaning machine or the number of engine cylinders, add gasoline to the cleaning agent storage tank, and add 100ml* brand ethanol gasoline to replace the cleaning agent.
4) Adjust the pressure according to the vehicle type. Only the carburetor truck can adjust the appropriate pressure, and the EFI truck can adjust 2-3 pressures.
5) Start the engine, check whether the oil inlet and return pipes leak oil, and clean at idle speed 15-20 minutes, and increase the throttle every 3-5 minutes, so that the cleaned carbon deposit and moisture can be discharged from the exhaust pipe.
6) Dismantle the disassembly-free cleaning machine and the oil inlet and return pipes of the engine, restore the oil circuit of the automobile, and start the automobile to check whether the oil pipe leaks oil.
7) Open the fuel tank cover and take out the filter cartridge; Connect the air pump with a soft air pipe, insert the hose into the bottom of the oil tank from the mouth of the oil tank, and blow with the air pressure of 3kg/cm, so that all kinds of impurities accumulated at the bottom of the oil tank are washed away by the churning gasoline.
When cleaning, it is best to block the oil tank mouth with a clean cloth and constantly move the hose purging position.
8) When it is confirmed that the impurities at the bottom of the oil tank have been blown clean, immediately drain all the oil in the oil tank. Special reminder is that the oil discharged from the crude oil tank must be filtered and precipitated before it can be added to the oil tank.
9) Replace the fuel filter.
10) Add ethanol gasoline or regular gasoline, start the engine and test drive.
