How to make fruit pizza?

Mix sugar, salt, and yeast powder, then add water to dissolve. Add the prepared water and flour to a chef's machine (or bread machine) and knead the dough. After kneading for about 1 minute, add cooking oil (butter or corn oil is acceptable) and continue kneading until a uniform dough is formed. It takes almost 10 minutes. (The dough must be kneaded evenly. The same applies to hand kneading. Knead until the dough is smooth.)

Take out the kneaded dough, knead evenly, and divide it into small doughs, 9-inch to 10-inch pieces. The amount is almost 170g to 185g. (Of course, if you are willing to eat thick cakes, you can make a 200g cake!)

Make the divided dough into a round shape, roll it out with a rolling pin, try to roll it out to the size of the plate, and roll it with a pizza rolling pin hole. (If you don’t have a rolling pin, use a fork to pierce the holes, and make sure they are thoroughly pierced)

After punching the dough, the holes must be pierced completely!

Brush the pizza pan with a layer of butter (salad oil is also acceptable), place the punched dough into the pizza pan, and try to make the dough fit to the edge of the pizza pan.

Seal the dough with plastic wrap and put it into the fermentation box at a temperature of 40 degrees and a humidity of 80 degrees for half an hour.

If you don’t have a fermentation box, you can put it in the oven for fermentation (put a bowl of water in the oven for fermentation), or ferment at room temperature (the temperature is relatively high now, and room temperature fermentation is also fast) until it is completely fermented and the surface of the fermented cake There will be slight bubbles, almost 2.5 times the size before fermentation.

Note: The fermentation time depends on the temperature and is not fixed. Do not proceed to the next step until fermentation is complete.

Prepare the fruits to be used, and put whatever fruits you like.

ps: If you want to put durian, it is best to put it with mango, not with other fruits; you can put any kind of fruits, except durian.

I used canned pineapple, canned peach, coconut, banana, mango, and corn kernels.

PS: Before using various fruits, use kitchen paper to absorb the water. This will prevent the fruits from leaking too much water and affecting the taste.

After the pizza dough has fermented, take it out.

Put on the pizza ring (see the last two steps if there are no pizza rings)

Put on the salad dressing

Then use the back of a spoon to spread the salad dressing evenly.

Spread a layer of mozzarella cheese and spread it as evenly as possible.

Then sprinkle the prepared fruit kernels and corn kernels evenly on the cheese

Finally, sprinkle a little cheese on the surface of the pizza, remove the pizza ring, and put in the preheated 220 Bake in a moderate oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is lightly colored and take it out.

When the delicious pizza comes out of the oven, you can squeeze some salad dressing on the surface to make it even more delicious!

If you don’t have a pizza ring, you can use a small spoon and press it to draw out the edges of the pizza yourself. See the picture!

Then, just spread salad dressing on the circle, go back to the above steps, and continue!
