1. Factory produces transformers in batches, and the enameled wire used is the enameled wire of special hot-melt paint insulation paint, which can be directly welded without paint stripping.

2. If ordinary enameled wire is used, it can be lit with the flame of a lighter, the paint surface is carbonized, and then cleaned with fine sandpaper. It should be noted that the thinner the enameled wire, the shorter the burning time, otherwise the copper wire will melt.

3. Thick enameled wire can be directly polished with fine sandpaper. It is best not to scrape copper wire with a knife (especially fine enameled wire, which is easy to break). Generally, insulating paint is scraped off with a knife, wound around the pins, and then tinned.
