The effect of external products is not obvious. My skin is as troubled as yours. Now the fastest effect is only laser and colored light. Laser seems to deposit pigment, and color light has to be done several times. All of them are expensive. I did it twice, and the effect is still there. Also, be careful not to exfoliate, replenish water and protect yourself from the sun!
