The hospital has two campuses: Shipai old campus covers an area of more than 30 mu, with medical building area of 12000 square meters, beds of 150, and actually open beds of 160; Gaohe new campus covers an area of 80 mu, with a medical building area of more than 20,000 square meters and 300 beds. By 2009, there were more than 220 employees, including 70 health technicians/kloc-0, and more than 80 senior and intermediate titles. Fixed assets amounted to more than 47 million yuan, including medical equipment of more than 29 million yuan. On July 28th, 2008, the hospital headquarters was moved from Shipai in the old county to Gaohe in the new county.

Hospitals are commonly known as Huaining County Chinese Medicine Hospital, Huaining Chengguan Hospital, Huaining Trauma Hospital, Huaining Orthopedic Hospital and so on.

Hospital address: Gaohe Campus. After getting off at Gaohe Station, take the bus to Mamiao and get off at TCM Hospital Station. Because hospitals are commonly called "trauma hospitals", it is easier to ask passengers or the general public when asking for directions.

Shipai Campus: It is about 300 meters away from Shipai Station. The hospital has 18 Chinese and western clinical departments for emergency treatment, orthopedics, internal and external medicine, gynecology, obstetrics, pediatrics, hemorrhoids and fistula, and dentistry, as well as a relatively complete medical technology inspection department. It has imported spiral CT, two CR digital X-ray machines, 500mA enhanced X-ray machine, imported C-arm X-ray machine, imported B-ultrasound, brain topographic map machine, dynamic ECG workstation, automatic biochemical analyzer, coagulation analyzer, automatic urine analyzer, anesthesia machine, endoscope and other large-scale advanced detection equipment, ultrasonic, ultrashort wave therapeutic instrument, various orthopedic traction bed, multifunctional operating table, and a series of rehabilitation facilities.
