Technical Requirements for Stray Current Terminal and Buried Terminal of Henan Bangxin Anticorrosive Subway

(1) The copper terminal is welded with galvanized round steel by exothermic or friction welding process, and the copper terminal is manufactured by hot forging process. The DC resistance of the solder joint is less than 30μ Ω, and the area of the welded joint between the terminal and the lower material is not less than 800mm2. The total resistance of a single embedded terminal is not more than 200μω, and the current carrying capacity of a single terminal is not less than 600A.

(2) Copper terminal materials require that the purity of copper should reach more than 98%. The length of copper end is not less than 40mm, and the length of Q235B round steel welded at the lower part of copper end is not less than 200mm. The top of the copper end is provided with a bolt hole. The thread of M 12 bolt hole conforms to the general thread required by GB3934, and the effective thread depth is 25mm, which is convenient for the connection and installation of M 12×25 stainless steel bolts. The copper terminal should have anti-torsion measures to prevent the embedded terminal from rotating synchronously when the bolt is screwed in, damaging the concrete or loosening the lower welding.

(3) The embedded terminal should be equipped with plastic positioning protective cover to ensure its accurate installation and prevent other impurities from covering the surface of copper terminal or entering the bolt hole during civil construction, which will affect its conductivity and connection.

(5) The tightening torque of the embedded terminal shall not be less than 80N·m ... and the overall tensile strength shall not be less than 20kN.
