On November 11, 2019 (Monday), I went to Shanghai Ninth Hospital for laser mole removal for the first time. It has been almost half a year. I will briefly summarize it and hope it will be helpful to everyone.
I have many moles, probably due to genetics, and I have more than 20 moles on my face, large and small. I made up my mind to go to the Ninth People's Hospital (Ninth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine) and made an appointment for a month. The expert finally made an appointment, and when I went to the hospital, I found that the appointment was in the wrong department. The dermatology department at the Ninth Hospital to remove moles, and I made an appointment with the laser cosmetic department. Of course, I also have to go to the laser cosmetic department later, and then I have to remove freckles and acne marks.
I made a temporary appointment at the dermatology department at around 3 pm that day (registration - consultation - payment - medicine - mole spotting). After reading it, I decided to order 10 pills, each costing 100 yuan, and ointment (anesthetic) + repair) 300-500. It is recommended not to buy anesthetic. It costs more than 160 for a 30g bottle and cannot be used up at all. The important thing is that there is anesthetic in the mole spotting treatment room. You can apply the anesthetic yourself. After about 30 minutes, you can spot the mole with slight pain. , it is acceptable, apply the medicine (Beifuxin Growth Factor) immediately after the injection. Apply 3 times a day. The doctor will prescribe a medication order during the consultation. You can confirm with the doctor which medications are prescribed. Generally, the prescription is: Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel (referred to as Beifuxin growth factor) + Kangruibao compound heparin sodium allantoin gel (referred to as Kangruibao).
Scabs will form one after another. During this period, apply growth factor in the morning, noon and night. Do not wash your face, wipe it with cotton pads, wash your hair and go to the barber shop. Don’t pick at the scabs! ! ! Many friends say to let the scabs fall off naturally, but I found that my scabs usually fall off if I accidentally get them while wiping my face. I don’t know if it falls naturally, haha. After the scabs fall off, there will be red marks and shallow pits. Keep applying the new growth factor. (Note: I finished applying the 2 tubes of Beifuxin Growth Factor very quickly, but there were still two shallow pits that had not flattened out. I went to the hospital to buy another tube, but it still didn’t flatten out after I applied it, so I just let it go. I heard that My friends said that it doesn’t matter if I don’t apply it, the pit will disappear naturally)
Diet: The doctor only said to avoid spicy food, so I tried to eat as light a diet as possible, which helped me lose weight. Eat oats, vegetables, fruits, and fresh milk every day. Try not to eat chicken, duck, fish, beef, and mutton (it seems to be fat), and control yourself.
Exercise: Do not exercise strenuously to avoid sweating too much and causing wound inflammation. Try to rest at home.
Sun protection: Hats, sunglasses, and masks are standard items every day. Don’t dare to bask in the sun at all.
After 2 weeks, all 10 scabs have fallen off, leaving behind large and small shallow pits.
Three weeks after the treatment, two pits grew flat, leaving red marks. I applied Kangruibao (scar removal) on the red marks. This medicine was very itchy after I applied it, so I didn’t apply it during the day and applied it at night. After applying it, I endured the itching and went to sleep.
Skin care: After the scab fell off, I started washing my face normally. However, I didn’t apply any skin care products or use cosmetics. I was afraid it would affect my recovery, so I still wore a mask when I went out.
Diet: There are not many taboos, no spicy food, no coffee, eat more fruits and vegetables.
Exercise: I don’t dare to do strenuous exercise. Running and the like have no effect.
There are 10 pits, 1 is not flat, 1 is not clear (it has grown again), and the remaining 8 are basically flat, but the red mark is still obvious, so I continue to use Kang Rui Bao every night.
So far, except for two moles that have grown back and may not have been clean (my recurring moles are smaller than before), everything else is normal. However, if you look closely, there are still shallow marks, which is not a problem. After all, it looks much better than moles. I plan to remove the freckles and redo the spots (replace the previous two spots) after a while.
1. Laser mole spotting in Shanghai Ninth Hospital is a dermatology department, and freckle removal is a laser beauty treatment.
2. Go without makeup and do not wash your face after applying makeup.
3. Wear sun protection and a hat and mask. Even if you recover later, you should protect yourself from the sun to avoid recurrence.
4. It takes a while for moles to fully recover, so be patient. After all, becoming beautiful requires a price.
PS: I read some friends who said they regretted having their moles inked. After the moles were inked, the recovery would not be good and there would be pits on the face. However, if I didn’t do it, I would be even more entangled. So, just recover well after clicking it. After all, it is to become beautiful, hahaha.
The above is the record of the original poster. If you find it helpful, you can save it or give it a like so that more people can see it. Thank you.
