During routine maintenance or meter reading inspection, check whether there are abnormal symbols on the display instrument. If there are abnormal symbols, they should be handled in time after being found. 3. Ventilation and gas stop requirements of turbine flowmeter. When ventilating, pay attention to the ventilation sequence. First, put the valve in the closed state, then slowly open the front valve of the flowmeter to ensure the pressure increase speed, and finally open the rear valve of the flowmeter. The whole process begins with stress. When stopping gas, it is also necessary to operate in the corresponding order. 4. For the imported turbine meter with mechanical reading and corrector, in addition to copying the standard temperature and pressure volume value, it is necessary to compare whether the reading of the base meter is consistent with the working flow on the corrector in time. Under normal circumstances, there should be little difference between the two. 5. When the process pipeline is overhauled, it is necessary to dismantle the turbine flowmeter so as not to affect the instrument. At the same time, wrap the two sections of the instrument with clean cloth to prevent stolen goods from entering the instrument. 6. In order to ensure the long-term normal operation of the turbine flowmeter, the operation inspection of the turbine flowmeter should be strengthened and the rotation of the impeller should be monitored. Once you hear an abnormal sound, you should deal with it in time.
