Grade II is slightly hard, reaching the breast prosthesis, but it can't be seen from the appearance.

Grade III moderately hardened, easily accessible breast prosthesis, visible from the outside.

Grade ⅳ severe sclerosis, pain sensitivity, prosthesis distortion.
