3. Collect the opinions of consumers and feed them back to the enterprise.
4. Create public opinion, publicize consumers' rights, and form public pressure to improve consumers' status.
5. Participate in the formulation of national or government laws and policies on consumers, and ask the government to establish a consumer administrative system to deal with consumer problems.

8. The right to dignity
It refers to the right of consumers to have their personal dignity and national customs respected when purchasing goods or receiving services.

It refers to the right that consumers enjoy to supervise goods and services and protect consumers' rights and interests.
