4. 1.2 According to the agreement between the supplier and the demander, the sized corrugated base paper can be produced.
4.2 Corrugated base paper is not allowed to be layered without external force.
4.3 The fiber structure of corrugated base paper should be uniform and the paper thickness should be consistent.
4.4 Corrugated base paper should be smooth, and there should be no passbook, holes, hard sundries and other influential paper defects.
4.5 The trimming of corrugated base paper should be neat, and cracks, missing corners and burrs are not allowed.
4.6 The broken net shall be firmly bonded with adhesive tape paper, and the number of joints of each drum shall not exceed 1 drum, and the number of joints of B, C and D shall not exceed 3, with obvious signs.
4.7 The diameter of the web is 800- 1000mm, or as stipulated in the order contract.
4.8 The core of the roll paper is not allowed to have a flat core, and the end face of the roll paper should be flat, and the zigzag and concave-convex surface formed should not exceed 20 mm ..
4.9. Grade C and D can be classified as Class II products under the following circumstances, but no more than two products at the same time.
4.9. 1 Timing exceeds the allowable error by 2%.
4.9.2 The transverse confining pressure index is less than 10%.
4.9.3 The longitudinal fracture length is less than 10%.
5 test method
5. 1 The quantification and compactness were determined according to GB45 1.2 and GB45 1.3 respectively.
5.2 transverse confining pressure index: the transverse confining pressure strength is determined according to GB2679.8, and the transverse confining pressure index is n? M/g means.
r=R/W
Where: r-transverse confining pressure index, n? Meter/gram;
R—— transverse confining pressure strength, n/m;
W- quantitative, g/m2.
5.3 Longitudinal fracture length: measured according to GB453.
5.4 Moisture: determined according to GB462.
6 inspection rules
6. 1 should be delivered in one batch, but not more than 50 tons.
6.2 The manufacturer shall ensure that the corrugated base paper produced meets the requirements of this standard, and each piece of paper shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity upon delivery.
6.3 In the process of acceptance, the consignee should first check the outer packaging, and then take samples from it for inspection. Sampling inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB2828, and the sample unit shall be rolls or pieces. See Table 2 for the sampling scheme.

6.4 If the sampling inspection results are inconsistent with the provisions of this standard, a written opinion shall be submitted to the direct supplier within three months after the arrival of the goods, which shall be resolved through consultation between the supply and demand sides.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7. 1 Packaging shall be carried out in accordance with GB 10342, with the following supplements.
7. 1. 1 The outer five-layer corrugated base paper is the outer packaging, the width is within 1600 mm, the two ends are tied tightly with polypropylene plastic tape or iron sheet, and the middle of the width exceeds 1600 mm is added with one layer. ..
7. 1.2 Flat paper is clamped with two pieces of checkerboard or bamboo plywood, and tied into pieces with iron sheets or lead wires. The vertical and horizontal directions of each piece of paper should be consistent. Draw an arrow on the packaging skin to indicate the vertical direction of the paper.
7.2 Corrugated base paper should be properly kept to prevent from being affected with damp.
7.3 Corrugated base paper should be transported by clean means with cover.
7.4 Don't throw paper from a height.
