As a member of the consortium, Party B should actively participate in regular meetings of the consortium, summarize work, exchange experiences, put forward constructive suggestions, and promote the healthy development of the consortium.

3. Party A is responsible for convening Party B to attend regular joint work meetings on time.

V. Other Matters

1. This agreement will come into effect after being stamped by Party A and Party B. Valid for years. From the date of signing of the agreement to the year, month and year, the contract can be renewed according to the wishes of both parties after expiration.

1. The construction model of the medical consortium

2. Responsibilities of both parties

2. Technical guidance

3. Remote diagnosis and treatment

4. Talent training

5. Two-way referral

2. Technical support

Actively accept Party A’s technical assistance and guidance and provide corresponding working conditions; we can also propose to Party A to build departments for a fee, or transfer departments The management of the medical consortium shall be entrusted to Party A; technical publicity involving the medical consortium shall be carried out uniformly on the basis of consultation; the publicity activities of the medical consortium organized by Party A shall be supported in terms of promotional materials, venues and personnel.

3. Talent training

Actively arrange personnel to participate in physician training, academic exchanges, multidisciplinary comprehensive diagnosis and treatment and other activities organized by Party A; select several medical staff with excellent comprehensive quality to attend every year Party A can further study; needs and suggestions for business training can be communicated with each other through regular meetings of the medical association.

4. Two-way referral

The two-way referral system within the medical consortium is implemented, and patients who are not qualified for treatment in our hospital are referred to Party A. The referred patients enjoy green channel services. Priority will be given to arranging beds and examinations; announcing Party A's

referral service phone number and contacting them for specific referral matters.

5. Resource sharing

Actively cooperate with Party A to provide technical guidance and quality control for inspection and imaging projects; for related projects that cannot be carried out due to limited conditions, you can use Party A’s inspection application form shall be inspected by Party A.

3. Others

This agreement will take effect after being stamped by all parties. This agreement will be valid for 3 years from the date of signing the agreement. After the agreement expires, it can be renewed according to the wishes of all parties.

This Agreement is made in 4 copies, with each collaborator holding 2 copies. Among them, Party A and Party B shall each submit one copy to their respective superior health administrative departments. Supplementary Agreement Have the same effect as this Agreement. Matters not covered in this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties.
