1. Position and recruitment position.

Second, the scope of recruitment, qualifications
(1) Recruitment scope: open recruitment for the whole country.
(2) Candidates: Full-time master's degree or above (including on-the-job personnel and current and past graduates).
(3) Recruitment qualifications: Applicants must meet the basic conditions stipulated in the Civil Service Law and the Interim Provisions on Open Recruitment of Institutions. At the same time should have the following qualifications:
1, 20 10, July 3 1, and obtained a master's degree or above in full-time ordinary colleges and universities;
2. Graduate students under 30 years old (born after 1980 1) and doctoral students under 32 years old (born after 1978 1);
3, in line with national health examination standards.
Persons who have received criminal punishment or other persons who are prohibited from employment by law may not register.
Third, the recruitment procedures and methods.
(1) Online Registration
Candidates can log on to Hubei Personnel Examination Network (www.hbrsks.gov.cn) from 8:00 on May 8th to 9 17:00 on May 9th, submit their application and upload their recent positive color electronic photos (jpg format, below 20KB). Choose a position from Class A and Class B (Class A refers to urban positions, and Class B refers to county and urban positions. See the remarks of the registration form for specific classification); Applicants should fill in the registration form truthfully, and the ID cards used for registration and examination must be the same.
(2) Qualification examination
Shiyan City Public Recruitment Office will review the qualifications submitted by applicants online. Candidates log on to Hubei Personnel Examination Network from 8: 00 on May 10 to 6:00 on May 19 to check the qualification examination results. After the qualification examination, if the ratio of the number of recruitment plans to the number of applicants is less than 1:3, the number of recruitment plans will be reduced accordingly in principle. Qualification examination runs through the whole process of open recruitment. Those who do not meet the qualification conditions will be disqualified from the examination and employment.
(3) Payment confirmation
Those who pass the qualification examination must make online payment confirmation. Applicants should log on to Hubei Personnel Examination Network from 8: 00 on May 1 1 to 22:00 on May 19 to check the registration review. Applicants who have passed the qualification review shall pay the examination registration fee 50 yuan online (the payment shall be made with China Merchants Bank Card or Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Card with online banking function). Candidates who fail to make online registration and payment confirmation on time are deemed to give up automatically (please read the confirmation instructions of Hubei Personnel Examination Network for specific operation methods).
(4) Print the admission ticket online.
Applicants who have passed the registration confirmation, please log in to Hubei Personnel Examination Network to download and print the admission ticket from 8:00 on May 23rd to May 25th 17:00. (5) written test
The written test will be held at 8: 30am-11:30am on Wednesday, May 26th, lasting for half a day. The main subject of written test is the comprehensive test of leading cadres' administrative ability. Doctoral students go directly to the interview without written examination; According to the written test results from high to low, the number of people to be hired according to the plan (excluding 150, the number of doctors in the recruitment plan is the postgraduate recruitment plan) is 1:2. The preliminary list of interview candidates will be announced after May 28th 17:00.
(6) Qualification examination
May 28th is the time for reexamination of doctoral qualifications, and May 29th is the time for reexamination of postgraduate qualifications. If the qualification review fails, the interview qualification will be cancelled, and the written test scores will be replenished from high to low. The official interview list will be announced after May 29th 17:00.
Materials required for qualification re-examination: (1) copies of admission ticket, ID card and academic degree certificate 1 copy (if the fresh graduates cannot provide the original academic degree certificate for the time being, they can provide the graduation certificate and academic degree certificate issued by the school (college or department) that they can obtain before July 3 1 and July 20 10. (2) 1 original registration form; (3) 2 photos identical to the admission ticket.
(7) Interview
Interview will be conducted from May 30th to 3rd1. The interview will be conducted in a structured way, with a full score of 100. Doctoral students who have passed the interview are determined to be candidates for medical examination; The comprehensive score of graduate students is calculated according to the proportion of 60% in written test and 40% in interview. According to the comprehensive results, the medical examination candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 in the recruitment plan.
(8) Physical examination
Physical examination was conducted on June 1 -2. Physical examination items and standards shall be implemented in accordance with the General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) issued by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health. When there is a vacancy due to unqualified medical examination, it will be filled according to the comprehensive score from high score to low score.
(9) Investigation
According to the results of physical examination, among those who pass the physical examination, the proportion of recruitment plan is 1: 1, and inspection is organized. If there is a vacancy due to unqualified inspection or automatic abandonment, it will be replenished from high score to low score according to the comprehensive score.
(10) Publicity and Employment
Determine the list of persons to be hired from the qualified personnel in physical examination and inspection, and publicize it online for 7 days. Upon the expiration of the publicity period, those who meet the requirements shall go through the employment procedures. Before July 3 1 2065438, those who have not obtained academic degrees at the same time will not be employed. When there is a vacancy, it will not be filled.
The results of qualification examination, written examination, interview, physical examination, investigation and employment are all announced to the public through Hubei Personnel Examination Network or Wudang Party Construction Network.
Four. Related treatment and management
1. Once hired, doctoral students hold the leadership positions at the main department level, and master students hold the leadership positions at the deputy department level, and enjoy the corresponding political and economic treatment of government agencies and institutions during their tenure.
2. If the employed personnel have a probation period of one year, pass the probation period and pass the examination, and meet the prescribed conditions, doctoral students will be appointed as deputy county-level cadres, and master students will be appointed as section-level cadres; If the examination is unqualified, the employment qualification shall be adjusted or cancelled.
3. The minimum working life of the personnel employed by the recruiting unit is 5 years (except for organizational transfer), and the working life is calculated from the date of employment.
