2. Clean the window glass. This step is very important, because if there is dirt on the glass, even a little bit will affect the effect of the film. First spray water on the glass and scrape off the obvious dirt on the glass with a hard scraper, and then scrape off the water mark on the glass with a soft scraper. Repeat this three or four times until the water is completely removed.
3. Movies. Tear the film, spray water evenly on the effective film surface, and put the torn plastic film aside for use. Leave a distance of 5- 10mm above the glass, and stick the membrane surface on the car glass and fix it. Don't spray water at this time, and fix the film with tape. If the film is cut slightly larger, it is necessary to cut off the excess film without scratching the glass. Generally, leave about 2-3 cm before finely cutting.
4. Smooth the film on both sides with water from the middle of the glass by hand. It should be noted that if the film is cut vertically, then there should be no bubbles on both sides of the glass, and it should be smoothed by hand. If the film will not be adsorbed on the glass, it should be wiped on the glass by hand to make the film completely adsorbed on the glass. After smoothing, the bubbles are divided into upper and lower halves, and then baked and shaped with a hot air gun.
5. When baking and setting, baking usually starts from the place with large radian. It needs to be baked in a circle to make the film heated evenly. When baking the film, because the glass has no moisture, the film has a wide heat absorption surface and reacts quickly to heat. When baking the film, you should pay attention to the temperature of the hot air gun should be adjusted to the middle range, not too high, otherwise it is easy to bake the film, and your eyes should pay attention to the shrinkage of the film.
6. After plastic surgery, bake more film edges. Even if the edge of a car with large curvature doesn't look arched, it should be roasted more and trimmed more.
7. In order to confirm whether the film is completely attached, it is necessary to uncover the film, spray the installation liquid, scrape it with an extrusion scraper, and check whether the film is attached to the glass. If there are small bubbles, flatten them with wet baking. It should be noted that only half of the film can be removed when the film is removed, and the other half can be removed after spraying the installation liquid for fixing. You can't uncover the whole film at the same time and then spray water, otherwise the film is easy to deform or slide.
