License plate bz belongs to military vehicle license plate, B stands for Beijing Military Region, and Z stands for General Staff. Military vehicle number plate is the symbol of military vehicles of the whole army. It is a license plate with registration code issued by the transportation department after the vehicle applying for the license plate is examined, inspected and registered. It is a proof that the state has given military vehicles special management rights. Six anti-counterfeiting technologies have been added to the new military license plate: laser engraving coding anti-counterfeiting, laser 3D hidden anti-counterfeiting, special pattern anti-counterfeiting, information anti-counterfeiting, 3D optical anti-counterfeiting and fluorescence anti-counterfeiting.
