Passengers' checked baggage should be inspected by civil aviation baggage security equipment. When suspicious items are found, civil aviation security agencies shall implement measures such as unpacking inspection and release them after removing doubts. For checked baggage without doubt, you can open the spot check. Passengers shall be present at the baggage inspection and confirm the ownership of the baggage, unless there is a special agreement between the public air transport enterprise and the passengers.

According to the relevant national laws and regulations, the Regulations on the Administration of Dangerous Goods Transportation by Civil Aviation and other relevant requirements, it belongs to special items and can only be transported as carry-on baggage or checked baggage with the approval of public air transport enterprises. Passengers can only be released after security inspection with the consent certificate of public air transport enterprises.
