Guluo city is located in Dongying county, a suburb of Hanoi. It is said that it was built by King Anyang in 255 BC. Before the founding of Vietnam, it was an ancient city in the Red River valley.

The tortoise grabbed the sword and sank into the water. People say it's a turtle's sword, so it's named Repair Sword Lake. Turtle Tower is located on the turtle mound of South Lake, with rippling blue waves and shadows, which complement each other. Now, lighting equipment is installed on the tower. Every holiday, the tower is illuminated by lights, brilliant, exquisite and beautiful. Yushan Temple in Beihu Lake is dedicated to Buddhism and Vietnamese folk gods, and a 60-year-old giant turtle specimen captured by anus from this lake is also on display. The "Xu Qiao" with vermilion wood structure connects the temple with the shore. Bating Square: Located in the northwest of Fuxing Jianhu Lake, it is a place for holding major political gatherings and large-scale activities. 1On September 2nd, 945, President Ho Chi Minh issued the Declaration of Independence here, proclaiming the establishment of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. This square was named to commemorate the Bating Uprising in Eshan County, Tsinghua Province, which resisted the French during the Wang Qin Movement.
