Article 1: Precious metals in this service method refer to gold, platinum, palladium, silver and gold.
Article 2: The after-sales service includes: guaranteed repair, replacement and return (hereinafter referred to as three guarantees).
Article 3: "Three Guarantees" shall be calculated within a time limit from the date of issuing the invoice. Consumers enjoy the "three guarantees" after-sales service with invoices and jewelry labels.
Article 4 If precious metals, jewels and inlaid products are found to have the following quality problems within three days from the date of sale, consumers may choose to repair, replace or return them:
(1): The contents in the jewelry are inconsistent with the invoice or jewelry label;
(two): the weight of jewelry does not match the invoice or jewelry label;
(3): The grade of jewelry is inconsistent with that marked on the invoice or jewelry label;
(four) the jewelry is unqualified by the authoritative testing department or the product is unqualified;
(five): laws and regulations, should be returned for consumers.
Products without the above quality problems will not be returned in principle.
Article 5 In case of the problems listed in Article 4 of these Measures, consumers can choose to repair or replace precious metals, jewelry and inlaid products within four to seven days from the date of sale. When exchanging goods, in principle, it shall not be lower than the weight or color of the original goods. If the replacement exceeds the weight and color of the original goods, the excess weight and color can be priced according to the quotation on the day of replacement.
Article 6: Precious metals, jewels and their inlaid products shall enjoy life-long free repair and maintenance with the sales invoice from the date of sale. If it can't be used normally after more than two repairs, it can be replaced. 40% restructuring fee will be charged for the replacement of ornaments according to the old-for-new method.
Article 7: The validity period of the replaced "Three Guarantees" shall be recalculated from the date of replacement.
Article 8: Within the validity period of the "Three Guarantees", under any of the following circumstances, the "Three Guarantees" will not be implemented, but the repair can be charged:
(1) There is no valid certificate or the valid certificate is inconsistent with the contents of the repaired jewelry;
(two): the loss caused by the dismantling of the "three guarantees" operators;
(3) Losses caused by improper use and storage by consumers;
(4) Losses caused by force majeure.
Article 9 The sales weight and actual weight of gold, platinum and palladium products in precious metals, jewelry and inlaid products shall be within the allowable error range (+0.0 1~-0.0 1g), and shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant management measures of the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision.
Article 10 Precious metals, jewellery and inlaid products purchased by consumers shall not be returned if they are reprocessed or modified at their request.
Article 11: When consumers wear jewelry, problems such as discoloration, spots, pollution, breakage, deformation, cracking, looseness, falling rocks, scratches, etc. are not quality problems, and consumers are responsible.
