Rules for judging actual collection date:

Orders not delivered to JD.COM are subject to the actual arrival date displayed on the third-party logistics platform. If the third-party partner can't effectively send back the delivery date, JD.COM Customer Service will manually confirm the actual delivery date with the customer according to the distance and other factors.

In the case that there is no problem with the goods, JD.COM promises to return the goods in full within 7 days from the date when you actually receive them. As long as they are not used, the secondary sales will not be affected. All the products sold in JD.COM are brand new. In order to protect the interests of consumers, the following situations are regarded as affecting secondary sales:

The original packaging of mobile phones, cameras and notebook products is opened or the battery is installed to start;

The original package of the sealed product is opened;

The product has been electrified, watered, inserted into the card slot, etc. ;

Diamonds, gold, watches, jewelry and personal ornaments do not accept returns;

Food and health products do not accept returns.

Any goods not sold in JD.COM Mall (serial number does not match);

For over-insured goods (goods exceeding the three-guarantee period);

Commodity quality problems caused by unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, liquid intake, accident, alteration and incorrect installation, or tearing or altering labels, machine serial numbers, anti-counterfeiting labels, etc.;

Outer packaging, accessories, gifts (coupons) (to be returned together with the main commodities), incomplete instructions, missing or altered invoices (coupons);

The original package of the sealed product is opened (such as the disposable seal or the rubber strip seal is disassembled);

The product has been used.
