The 45th World Skills Competition has set up 52 projects in six fields: architecture and structural technology, art and creativity, information and communication, manufacturing and engineering technology, personal and social services, transportation and logistics. Compared with the previous session, it has added seven new projects: health and social care, pipeline and heating, water treatment technology, painting and decoration, aircraft maintenance, architectural stone carving and concrete building. 1 The original items (sheet metal process) are reduced. Since the last World Skills Competition, the baking and sugar art West Point projects of the World Skills Competition have attracted the attention of the domestic baking industry.
The last baking project achieved a zero breakthrough.
Last year, when Cai from Wilson School won the gold medal of baking project on behalf of the country, the domestic baking circle was boiling. As bakers, everyone is not only excited about this hard-won gold medal, but also the implication that the baking technology level represented by the gold medal has jumped into the world-class technology field and the strength of baking technology recognized by the world.
Wilson World Cup base is the match point of Jiangsu trials.
Wilson School, as the national World Cup base last year, has cultivated the world baking champion and the sugar arts West Point project winning prize, which has been highly praised by the government. This year, we gave priority to the opportunity to hold Jiangsu trials. The competition points of baking, sugar art west point and cooking in Jiangsu trials are at the World Championships Base in Mudu Campus of Wilson School.
The World Cup base in Wilson adopted the World Cup standard and invested nearly 10 million hardware equipment. The raw materials used are strictly selected according to the requirements of the World Cup, and hardware facilities such as venues and equipment that fully meet the standards of the World Cup have been built. At the same time, CIS scoring system is adopted to ensure the fairness and justice of the competition.

From April 16 to April 19, the 45th World Skills Competition in Jiangsu Province will be held at the World Competition Base of Mudu Campus of Wilson International Coffee West Point Western Food College. More than ten professional skills colleges in Jiangsu Province will compete here and finally select world players representing three projects in Jiangsu Province.
