Some users are banned by the system when using Aauto faster, ranging from temporary ban 15 days, and general accounts are permanently banned.

1. On the personal homepage, click the "account will be blocked until XX time due to violation of community regulations" option.

2. Click on the background notification to view the official account information of Aauto more quickly and see the details of the punishment. If the situation is true, wait for the expiration of unsealing. The general temporary closure period is 15~30 days (see the closure notice for details).

3. If you think that your account has been misjudged and needs to be unsealed in time, you can return to your personal homepage and click Unlock to make a complaint.

4. Fill in the contents including the reasons for the application.

5. Click Submit and wait for customer service confirmation.
