Minors cannot buy valuables.
Minors over the age of eight are persons with limited capacity. They can only buy things suitable for their age and intelligence, such as school supplies, snacks and other inexpensive things that they usually need. Parents must agree to buy expensive things. Minors under the age of eight are incompetent and must be represented by their parents or other guardians in civil activities. Therefore, the purchase of valuables can only be made by parents or other guardians. Similarly, minors are not allowed to sell or give away valuables without their parents' consent.

3. Can the valuables bought by minors be returned?
According to the provisions of the Civil Law, a contract concluded by a person with limited capacity for civil conduct is valid after ratification by a legal agent, but a purely beneficial contract or a contract that is suitable for his age, intelligence and mental health does not require ratification by a legal agent.
The other party may urge the legal representative to ratify it within one month. If the legal representative fails to express it, it shall be deemed as refusal to ratify it. Before the contract is ratified, the bona fide counterpart has the right to cancel the contract. Revocation shall be made by notice.
Article 145 of the Civil Code
A civil juristic act that restricts a person with capacity for civil conduct is valid, or a civil juristic act that restricts a person with capacity for civil conduct from obtaining pure benefits or is suitable for his age, intelligence and mental health is valid; Other civil juristic acts shall take effect with the consent or ratification of the legal representative.
The other party may urge the legal representative to ratify it within 30 days from the date of receiving the notice. If the legal representative fails to express it, it shall be deemed as refusal to ratify it. Before a civil juristic act is ratified, the bona fide counterpart has the right to revoke it. Revocation shall be made by notice.
