Famous gold wares in Qing dynasty. The tower consists of footwall, tower bucket, tower belly, tower neck, tower umbrella and sun and moon. Jewelry, turquoise and coral are embedded in appropriate parts of each floor. There is a gold box for holding hair behind the Buddha statue in the pagoda belly. The front of the golden box is decorated with six-character mantra, the wall of the box is decorated with eight auspicious patterns, and the bottom is equipped with a sandalwood seat. There are rosewood lotus petals under the tower, and there is a "Qing Dynasty Celebration" on the main board in front of the tower. Tower height1.5m, bottom 0.75m square.

In the forty-second year of Qianlong (1777), Emperor Qianlong's biological mother, Empress Dowager Chongqing, died of illness in Changchun Immortal Hall in Yuanmingyuan. Emperor Qianlong, in order to show his filial piety to his late mother, ordered the construction of a golden pagoda less than a month after her death, which was dedicated to the queen mother's royal hair. The Golden Blonde Pagoda * * * used more than 3,200 yuan of gold, which was undertaken by the Qing Palace, with Minister Fu Longan and supervisor. The design style of the Golden Blonde Pagoda was decided by Emperor Qianlong, and it took more than three months of intense work to make it. It was placed in the East Buddha Hall of Shoukang Palace, where Empress Dowager Cixi lived before her death. Blonde Tower is made of disc welding hammer, with dignified and beautiful pattern, steady shape, exquisite production and superb skills. It reflects the level of metal technology in the Qing Dynasty.
