Therefore, the excessive pursuit of product details has created one of the reasons for the long delivery cycle.

The efficiency of jewelry valve assembly is particularly low. Four people from other manufacturers can complete the assembly in one day, and the workers of jewelry valves need more than eight people to complete it. Sometimes in a hurry to grab goods. Take the assembly of stainless steel ball valve as an example. Usually manufacturers put all the accessories together, as long as they can be installed, it will be OK. Unlike jewelry valves, they need to pair the stem with the ball valve. If the valve stem is stuck in the ball groove, the ball will not automatically fall off and pass, otherwise different valve stems will be paired until it passes. According to the assembly master, this is to ensure that after the valve is installed, it will not be stuck when opening or closing the valve, and it can also prevent the valve stem from hitting the ball valve to deform the ball groove and seal it loosely. So this is also one of the reasons for the long delivery cycle.
