The most interesting thing is that in the jungle of reinforced concrete, the sky I see is always a gray board, while on the vast Mongolian plateau, there are illustrations of light snow and blue sky and white clouds in the broad field of vision. The teacher has been driving in front to remind me, you see, there is heavy rain on the left and blue sky on the right; We are about to have a heavy rain. Interesting scenes and exciting feelings are really hard to describe in words. Due to the abundant rain this year, the grass in Hohhot is particularly green and the sky is particularly blue.
From Hohhot to the west along the Beijing-Xinjiang Expressway (G6/G7), the vegetation is becoming more and more sparse. Daqingshan Mountain and Yinshan Mountain have been gradually covered by gravel beaches, and the vegetation on the flat land and mountains is getting less and less, while in Alashan, it is almost a desert Gobi.
1. Alashan likes the sky.
Alashan League is located in the westernmost part of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, bordering Wuhai, Bayannaoer and Ordos in the east and northeast, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in the south and southeast, Gansu Province in the west and southwest, and Mongolia in the north. Alashan Plateau is a part of Inner Mongolia Plateau. The word Alashan comes from the ancient Turkic language, and some people say it is another transliteration of "Helan", although it sounds very different. It is said that Helan means steed in Mongolian.
The Alashan Plateau is mainly located in the west and north of Helan Mountain, where the rain is absolutely scarce. We actually brought a little rain along the way! The evaporation of water there is much greater than the precipitation, and the water resources are mainly groundwater, with less surface water. Vegetation is mainly sparse shrub and semi-shrub desert, and even there is little grass in a large area. Shui Bo, marshes and grass lakes are mainly distributed in Tengger Desert and Wulanbuhe Desert, which are generally called desert lake basins.
After walking in the haze and light rain for many days, I arrived in the hinterland of Alashan. Wan Li was clear, and the stingy white clouds seemed to be not attached to this barren land at all. Seeing that the cloud floated to the east intact, the teacher said that the cloud looked like it had at least dozens of tons of water, but it didn't mean to come down.
I am standing on the beach at the moment, and I really want to catch that stingy cloud and put it on the Alashan Plateau.
In Alashan Plateau, drought-tolerant camels are the main herbivores. There are no cattle and sheep here, and horses can be seen occasionally. The horses in the sunset were dyed in different colors by the red sun, full of unusual magical colors and aesthetic feeling.
The horse in the sunset is full of strength and beauty.
Beautiful sunset in Alashan Plateau
Seeing the teacher devote himself to the sunset and never leave until the end, we all accompanied the teacher and enjoyed the whole process of the sunset.
At sunset, eight vivid harpsichords of different shapes were blown by the breeze, and the dynamic sunset in front and the harpsichord on the right played a high-pitched plateau symphony.
After entering Alashan, although there seems to be no strong sense of life, there will still be a feeling of sunset when I feel a little lost. However, the teacher is still very excited to remind us that there is a particularly beautiful song called Alashan, which is like heaven. Seeing the barren grassland, there is no sign of cattle and sheep, and there is really no beauty. Optimistic people, in turn, will praise the paradise where there are few showers and feel sorry for them. I suddenly felt very moved. Contentment is this mentality. On the way to dinner, I was thinking. I listened to the energetic song Alashan over and over again on my mobile phone, just like heaven.
"A distant mirage.
Camels are like moving mountains.
Mysterious dreams are in the sky.
Dad's figure is looming.
Hey ... my Alashan.
Alashan is like the sky.
The vast golden desert
Camel bell brought me back to my childhood.
There was a lullaby in my ear again.
Grandma's voice is near and far away.
There was a lullaby in my ear again.
Grandma's voice is near and far away.
Hey ... my Alashan.
Alashan is like the sea.
Hey ... my Alashan.
Alashan is like the sea.
Shahai oasis qingquan
Tiane nostalgic golden palace
The vast land is home.
In my heart forever misses.
The vast land is home.
In my heart forever misses.
Hey ... my Alashan.
The vast land of Alashan
Hey ... my Alashan.
Alashan, a vast land. "
If you take the time to listen to this song, look at this land with emotion, think about the singer's feelings, and add Ma Touqin's music effect, it may really be that kind of mixed tears. Sadness is not negative, but a helpless sigh. Happiness is a strong will and an effort not to give in to nature.
2. Green Populus euphratica forest and pink willows
Ejina Banner in Alashan League is probably one of the best viewing places for the merger of desert, Populus euphratica forest and lake oasis nearest to Beijing. From Alashan Zuo Qi to Ejina, the low shrubs on the road were gradually replaced by Hu Yangshu. The closer to Ejina, the more trees and camels there are. The original barren state of the desert was changed by Ejina, and the significance of Ejina can not be ignored. Ejina means Black Water River. Every winter, spring and summer is the dry season in Ejina. In September, a black water-Ejina River will suddenly appear in this barren land.
Besides eating and drinking, Ejina may be Populus euphratica. People say that they will not die for thousands of years, even if they die for thousands of years, they will be immortal for thousands of years. Today's Populus euphratica forest is not the golden age of blue sky and clear water. Most people will come here in autumn and feel the amazing combination of golden Populus euphratica forest and blue sky, green water and yellow sand. However, forest watchers really can't see the leaves of Hu Yangshu and Populus euphratica in bloom. Adult Populus euphratica leaves are more angular than poplar leaves, a bit like polygonal duck webbed. To my surprise, the young leaves of Populus euphratica are like willows. At first glance, I thought what * * * plants were attached to Populus euphratica trees. I was confused and didn't know whether to call Populus euphratica or Liu Hu.
Shi Xin and the research team arrived in Ejina at the end of July, which was the dry season of Ejina River. The river bed has dried up. There is not a drop of water except sediment. Only the green grass and trees by the river can make people realize that there is water underground. The leaves in Hu Yangshu are still green, but the big trees on the long yellow sand make people love and admire, and the combination of green trees, blue sky and yellow sand is still beautiful.
There is a desert-like strip between the Populus euphratica forest in the distance and the nearby reeds, that is, the Ejina River. Reed will not dry up because the river dries up, because they are sucking the river hidden underground.
Ejina River is really a magical river. It can become a desert invisibly in different seasons, and it can also become a raging river in another season, not just an ordinary river. Walking on the sand in the river bed, the traces of years and seasons have told me everything.
Besides Populus euphratica, I also saw the scenery of red willow. Many people like to eat red willow skewers, but do you know what red willow is like? Have you ever seen a red willow blossom? Several red willows can also be seen in the Olympic Village in Beijing, but Ejina's dense red willows and conspicuous colors and leaves are indeed much more spectacular than the Olympic Village. Although we didn't catch up with the most beautiful season in Hu Yangshu, we caught up with the time when the red willows bloomed. The red willows in Beijing bloom in June, which is obviously two months late here.
Red willow, also known as Tamarix, has many branches and is named after the red bark. It is a shrub or small tree, widely distributed in desert areas, and it is a sand-proof and drought-resistant plant. Friends in the northwest are probably familiar with it. Although many parks in the east and south are planted with red willows now, if I don't tell you it's red willows, I might really think it's cypress.
Perhaps because of the drought, the flowers of red willow are very small, but they are beautiful when you look closely. The red branches of the yellow sand and green leaves are particularly enchanting. If it is a red willow forest, it must be very shocking when it blooms. Northwest people like red willow very much. This kind of small tree looks like a weak branch, but it is very tenacious, because the narrow leaf surface can not only prevent water from evaporating, but also act as a fine net to block the wind and sand. It is said that its root system is developed, and it has the ability to resist drought, wind, sand and cold by going deep into the land, so it is difficult to be uprooted by strong sandstorms. It is said that its life span can exceed a hundred years or even a thousand years, and it can become a life landscape in the desert like Hu Yangshu.
A few years ago, Shi Yixin saw the red willow for the first time in Beijing, but she didn't know its name. She just liked it very much. She remembered seeing it blossom in May/June every year. This time, after I deeply realized this beautiful and tenacious life in Ejina, I immediately went to ANT FOREST to plant a red willow tree with reverence, hoping that it would grow sturdily on Xilin Gol grassland with my wish in the future.
We only have a short stay in Ejina, hoping not to miss any moment to gain knowledge. After dinner, the hotel owner warmly recommended us to take a walk in the nearby small park after dinner. This is a long and narrow park. You can just walk out of the park. The road through the park is a dry river, and on the other side of the river is a large area of Populus euphratica forest. Walking along the river bank, we also played a pheasant and watched it fly to Populus euphratica forest. Following its prompt, we found a larger area of Populus euphratica forest.
The park is not too big, and it passes quickly from east to west, from north to south. In addition to Hu Yangshu, red willows, small shrubs that feel like Chinese wolfberry, sunflowers and all kinds of weeds that have begun to wither, it is more like a natural primitive park that integrates almost all local plants and vegetation resources. There are not many artificial traces. Although it is not a good feeling, it is filled with an unheard-of sweetness. I can't tell whether it is the fragrance of flowers, fragrant plants, earth, leaves or weeds, but it smells comfortable, refreshing and penetrating.
When relaxing for a walk, the name of a bacterium-Bacillus subtilis-keeps flashing in the eyes and minds of food and heart.
3. Bacillus subtilis
Bacillus subtilis, named Bacillus in English, is widely distributed in grass leaves, leaves, branches, soil and decaying organic matter. Because animals eat plants, they are also widely distributed in the digestive tract and feces of herbivores. It is named because it grows easily in the juice of hay. In fact, this kind of bacteria is attached to the leaves of plants in large quantities, waiting quietly for the seasonal cycle and the time of falling flowers and floating leaves, and then starting their power to turn hay into fertilizer, which is the energy source for plants to germinate in the new year. Bacillus subtilis is also a microorganism beneficial to people. Bacillus subtilis is an aerobic bacterium, which can also tolerate intestinal hypoxia and survive in extreme environments inside and outside the body.
Although Bacillus subtilis sounds boring, few people call it by its real name. This is your mother's love for your child. Many countries in the world, including China, use Bacillus subtilis in animal feed, fermented bean products and probiotic supplements. Its figure has a completely irreplaceable prominent position in another food-natto.
A large number of studies have found that Bacillus subtilis has the following beneficial effects:
Different from other probiotics, Bacillus subtilis has both probiotic characteristics and prebiotic characteristics, that is, it can promote the growth of other probiotics. At present, most probiotics are Lactobacillus, Chromobacterium or Bifidobacterium. Lactobacillus is facultative aerobic bacteria. Although it likes anaerobic environment, it can tolerate oxygen environment, while Bifidobacterium is strictly anaerobic. The same or similar probiotics need similar living environment and substances, and most of them compete with each other, so it is difficult to promote each other. Some lactobacilli also produce lactic acid bacteria to inhibit the growth of other lactobacilli. Bacillus subtilis is an aerobic bacterium, which can also tolerate low oxygen environment and is in a different ecological niche from Lactobacillus. The products of decomposing plant food can also promote the growth of lactic acid bacteria.
4. Warm summary of food and heart
Although they stayed in Alashan for a short time, they were deeply impressed by the beautiful scenery and warm people here.
In this arid, barren, beautiful and vast environment, there are tenacious plants (such as Hu Yangshu, willow and camel thorn), strong animals (such as camels and horses) and enthusiastic and optimistic people. A tenacious and beautiful life makes people sincerely respect and love.
Due to the epidemic situation and itinerary adjustment, the group arrived in Ejina one day earlier than expected. Communicate with the hotel on the way whether you can check in one day in advance and cancel the check-in the next day. After confirmation, the store not only readily agreed, but also upgraded all the rooms we booked, each of which was bigger and more comfortable than the reservation. This is really surprising. The buffet breakfast here is also very rich. When we left, the store went out to say goodbye, and gave us a lot of cucumbers and tomatoes for us to eat on the way, which was very touching.
Why are people here so warm and kind? Is it because Mongolians are naturally hospitable? Is it because the environment here is beautiful and harmonious? Although it is indeed a place where human beings live in harmony with the natural ecology, the reason why food and heart firmly believe that can not be ignored is that the environment here is full of a large number of microorganisms beneficial to people, animals and plants.
In addition to looking for beneficial microbial tours 1: Ulan Hada volcanic grassland and Gannan grassland, as well as the introduction of Mycobacterium bovis, the environment here also contains a large number of Bacillus subtilis.
Different from other probiotics, Bacillus subtilis is not only beneficial to human body, but also beneficial to plants such as Populus euphratica and willow, camels and horses here. Moreover, Bacillus subtilis not only has the characteristics of probiotics, but also its metabolites and digestive products have the characteristics of prebiotics, which can promote the growth of other probiotics in the intestine.
In Ejina, Chihuo and Xin were particularly happy to see the scene just now: at night, there were no athletes on the beach volleyball court in the park, but many children were playing with sand. Parents were chatting at the gate of the stadium, and they didn't care if the children would get dirty. In the process of playing, these children will certainly get many microorganisms beneficial to human body, increase the diversity and stability of intestinal flora, and promote the development of intestinal brain, immunity and brain.
On the other hand, in big cities, parents will make a fuss when children grab hay or get some dirt, and educate their children not to touch dirty things, let alone lie on the grass. But there is a real problem, that is, the lawn in the park is often not allowed to be trampled and sprayed with pesticides. The fallen leaves in the park are often cleaned away before being treated by Bacillus subtilis. I don't know whether to bury compost or burn it. In fact, this is a waste of very good human health resources.
Many people have had this experience. In late autumn and early winter, they walked forward step by step on thick fallen leaves, listening to the rustling of fallen leaves, they were very relaxed and happy, and food and mind enjoyed this feeling super much. In the long process of evolution, humans and animals have to cooperate with all life companies, and they have also gained an instinct that they are in close contact with environmental microorganisms in each season. Fallen leaves and hay contain a large number of microorganisms that are beneficial to people, such as Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis. Walking on fallen leaves and hay, the crushed powder blows into our nasal cavity and mouth with bacteria and autumn wind, so that we can acquire these microorganisms, enhance our immunity and prevent the infection of influenza virus, rhinovirus and coronavirus after winter comes.
Not only that, they can also improve our mood and mood. So, next time you want to step on fallen leaves, don't hesitate. Children should never stop stepping on fallen leaves, because this is a very natural and healthy activity, and it is our instinctive call: come and supplement probiotics! I especially want to appeal to gardeners and cleaners, and I want to appeal to their managers that these things are not rubbish! It is * * * microbial medium, which keeps people away from diseases and improves emotional intelligence.
Bacillus subtilis also has many excellent characteristics and can be used to make fermented food-natto. Soybean cooked by Bacillus subtilis is fermented to form natto. People who have time can make natto at home, and those who don't have time can buy natto directly in supermarkets or online stores. The taste of natto may be hard for some people to accept at first, but if they eat too much, they will fall in love with it, because compared with the mood after eating, the taste when eating is completely negligible and even more delicious.
If you can often walk in the forest and grass while eating natto, you can get more Bacillus subtilis naturally existing in the environment and protect your mouth and nose. I really don't know what the best thing is. I am happy to think about it, but I have written too much unconsciously. See you next time!
