Contact customer service first. Say the serial number of the mobile phone-the SN number on the box. Or, go to Settings-about mobile phone-and click the second item (version number), and the customer service can provide an App with a clear security password for this machine to use.

If you forget the lock screen password of your Android phone, you can reset it. The steps are as follows:

First, turn off the phone, press the volume button when turning it on, and then press the power button to enter the phone.

After entering re, select Erase Data/Restore Factory Settings as the volume button, erase data/restore factory settings, and confirm the power button.

Select Yes-delete all data as the volume button, confirm the power button, and the phone will automatically process it.

Finally, select Restart System Now to restart and restore the factory settings.
