Storage and packaging rules
1. Use a six-sided hard packing box with a complete lid.
2. Each box in the shipment must have its own Amazon Logistics shipment label (printed from "Shipment Processing Progress").
3. Each racket needs four labels, one at the top and one in the middle of each side.
4. When using large cartons to send multiple original packaged goods to Amazon Operation Center, please put a unique packaging label on the large cartons used to transport the goods.
5. If old boxes are used, please remove all old shipping labels or other marks.
6. Use strong adhesive tape specially used for distribution.
7. After packing the box, shake it gently. When shaking, the contents of the box should not move.
8. The goods packed in cartons should contain only one purchase order. If a carton contains goods with multiple PO bills, it is necessary to ensure that a carton can only involve five PO bills at most.
9. The maximum weight of carton packaging is 22kg. If the weight of goods sold in a single piece exceeds 22kg, a label of "Team Lifting" shall be clearly affixed on the carton, indicating that team operation is required; If the weight of the box exceeds 45 kg (100 lb), a label of "mechanical lifting" should be clearly attached to the carton, indicating that the machine needs to be operated.
10. The weight of cartons containing jewelry and watches shall not exceed18kg (40lbs).
1 1. The size of any side of the carton shall not exceed 63.5cm, unless the size of the goods sold in a single piece originally exceeds 63.5 cm ... If the size of any side of the carton exceeds 63.5 cm, the carton shall be placed on the tray of 1mX 1.25m, unless the size of the commodity carton sold in a single piece exceeds the standard tray.
12. Cartons and packaging materials (such as gaskets and fillers) must fully protect the goods during transportation. If the goods are packaged with packaging materials not accepted by Amazon Operations Center, the goods will be rejected or additional packaging fees will be charged.
13. Use large padding, such as air pillow, whole paper, foam paper or bubble film, and do not use loose materials to fill it.
14. Select the size of the carton to ensure that there is at least free space in the carton after the goods are put in. Packaging multiple goods in a carton (without damaging the goods) can also maximize the use of space. The picture shows an example of poor carton packaging.
15. Cartons cannot be bound with packing tape, elastic belt or adhesive tape. You can't use large staples or nylon fiber belts, because they will pose a safety hazard to warehouse colleagues.
16. Make sure that several cartons (such as suits) weighing more than 45kg sold together must be put on one pallet (one commodity for sale corresponds to one pallet).
17. The carton goods (such as furniture) sold in a single piece weigh more than 45 kg and need to be shipped on pallets. Don't use a box the size of a racket (also called "Gaylord").
18. Do not use point-of-sale containers (such as boxes with open front or boxes without covers) that are usually used to display goods.
Failure to comply with the commodity preparation requirements, safety requirements and commodity restrictions of Amazon Logistics may lead to the rejection, abandonment or return of your inventory goods by Amazon Operation Center, prohibit you from sending express mail to Amazon Operation Center in the future, or charge extra fees for the pretreatment service of Amazon Operation Center or your non-compliance behavior.
