The green color of the tumbler is banded and patchy, with good transparency in general and poor transparency in a few cases. The main mineral is hydrogrossular, followed by zoisite, Fushan stone and hornblende. It turns deep purple under the color filter, which is actually garnet.
Recently, there are yellow hydrogrossular aggregates from Myanmar on the market, which also look like yellow jadeite. Hydrogrossular has a stronger luster than jadeite because of its higher refractive index.
3. Kunji
"Kunji" is also a Chinese transliteration name of Burmese, which is transparent to translucent, gray-blue or blue-gray, and is banded and banded.
This kind of ore looks like water stone, mostly gray-green, with good head. After cutting, it is blue striped and contains more impurities. "Kun Ji" is called "nephrite" by some scholars, and its market value is far lower than that of jadeite.
