3. Overlord clause: I am willing to work hard for this company for one year in the future, and if I violate it, I will deduct the total salary increase for three months. In other words, after signing this salary increase form, you must work here for one year from the time of salary increase. If I can't do it in one year, I will deduct the total salary increase for three months from my salary when I leave, for example, "My salary was 10". Such a clause is obviously a malicious deduction of your money, and the horizontal character is very small, which is generally invisible if you don't pay attention, and people in the company will not make it clear to you. In this case, many people will sign it, indicating that we recognize this clause.
4. Deposit: As far as I know, the labor law says that an enterprise may not charge a deposit from its employees for any reason, but the 500 yuan deposit must be charged from every employee when you join this company, and you can't get it back until you leave.
5. Labor contract: Only one contract signed at the time of employment is in the hands of the company, but not the employees.
