Hwa Jun O is the head of Kalu Village, Lang Ping Town, Duyun, Guizhou. In August, 2020, Hwa Jun O came to Kalu Village, Lang Ping Town, from the Intellectual Branch of duyun city CPPCC, and served as the captain of the resident team.

Kalu Village is 12km away from the seat of Lang Ping Town Government, and is located at the junction of Fuxi Village in Maojian Town. It is located in a remote and cold place, with backward infrastructure and poor economic income. This is a poverty-stricken village supported by CPPCC in duyun city.
