Second, the application conditions

(II) In principle, the declared business site area shall not be less than 20 square meters (large shopping malls, markets or smaller towns and blank development zones may be appropriately relaxed, but it must be indoor), decorated according to the template stipulated by the Provincial Sports Lottery Center, and equipped with computers, televisions, drinking fountains, book and newspaper racks, tables and chairs, etc.

(three) the distance between the declared business place and the existing sports lottery sales point is generally not less than 300 meters (densely populated areas can be adjusted appropriately).

(four) the location of the declared business premises must comply with the relevant provisions of the state, and the franchise store is 200-600 meters away from the school.

(5) The declared business premises must be able to install fixed telephones and telecom ADSL broadband.

(six) the declared business premises must have a 220V grounding power supply to ensure safe and normal power supply.

(seven) the applicant can provide the guarantee unit or guarantor and mortgaged assets as required, and has the liquidity of redemption and sale, and can bear the business risks.

(eight) the applicant must have the conditions to personally participate in the operation and management of outlets; Each agency sales outlet shall ensure that the daily business service time is not less than 10 hour.

Third, restrictive conditions.

(1) The same applicant can only submit one application form.

(two) the same store can only accept one application form.

(3) Only one application form can be submitted for the same property.

Fourth, the priority conditions

(a) own real estate sales outlets, with an area of more than 30 square meters, and are willing to decorate and open a model shop according to the requirements of superiors.

(2) Under the same conditions, both husband and wife are laid-off workers (relevant certificates are required).

(three) have made special contributions to sports (need to submit relevant certificates)

(1) Those who meet the requirements, bring the original and photocopy of their ID cards, relevant materials related to the requirements, agreement on the intention of renting houses or relevant certification materials of their own business premises, and submit a formal application to Taizhou Sports Lottery Management Center.

(two) after receiving the application, the Municipal Sports Lottery Center will conduct a preliminary examination of the applicant's conditions. Informed that it does not meet the application conditions, this application is invalid; For applicants who meet the application conditions, the Municipal Sports Lottery Center will organize relevant personnel to conduct a unified assessment of the application outlets. The evaluation contents include: the location of the point of sale, the sales data of surrounding outlets, the market prospect, the applicant's own conditions, priority conditions, etc.

(3) After the preliminary examination, the number of points allocated by the Municipal Sports Lottery Center according to the regional plan shall be reported on the basis of merit, and the applicant shall be reported to the county (city, district) Sports Bureau for the record after the examination and approval by the Provincial Sports Lottery Center.

Sixth, the selection method

(1) As the Provincial Sports Lottery Center implements the distribution in batches according to the development of the lottery market, at present, our city focuses on filling vacancies, mainly on villages and towns, and it cannot be guaranteed that all applicants will be selected. The audit work is comprehensively evaluated by the municipal and provincial sports lottery centers, and the best candidates are selected.

(2) According to the plan of the Provincial Sports Lottery Center, the winners will go through the formalities at the Municipal Sports Lottery Center within two days after receiving the notice. And pay a one-time deposit of 20,000 yuan.

Seven, one of the following circumstances, will cancel the qualification of sales agent.

(two) unauthorized transfer, once verified.

(four) the annual sales of less than 600 thousand yuan.
