If the polygonal lasso is accidentally closed, you can convert the selection into a working path and adjust it. The specific steps are as follows:

First of all, as shown in the figure below, when the polygonal lasso tool is unexpectedly closed, you can right-click to select it.

2. Click "Create Working Path" in the pop-up menu.

3. Set the tolerance to 10.0, and then click OK.
