According to the Regulations on Railway Safety Management promulgated by the State Council and other national laws, administrative regulations, rules and other provisions, in order to maintain the safety of railway companies and ensure the safe travel of passengers, the items prohibited and restricted from being carried in railway stations are announced as follows:
1. Do not carry the following guns and bullets (including main parts):
Military guns such as pistols, rifles, submachine guns, machine guns and riot guns, as well as all kinds of bullets (including empty bullets, combat bullets, inspection bullets and coach bullets); Air guns, shotguns, sports guns, anesthesia injection guns and other civilian guns and all kinds of bullets; Prop guns, simulation guns, starting guns, steel ball guns, fire guns and other guns; Samples and imitations of the above items.
Soldiers, armed police, public security personnel, militia, shooting athletes and other personnel carrying guns and bullets shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of national laws and regulations, and the relevant provisions on gun management such as bullet separation shall be strictly implemented.
2. Please do not carry the following explosives:
Bombs, flares, incendiary bombs, smoke bombs, signal bombs, tear gas bombs, gas bombs, grenades, grenades and other ammunition; Explosive, detonator, fuse, detonating cord, blasting agent, detonator and other blasting equipment; Fireworks and firecrackers, fireworks, firecrackers, throwing guns, pulling guns, smashing guns, starting gun paper, black powder, pyrotechnics, fuses and other fireworks products; Imitation of the above items.
Third, don't carry the following appliances:
Dagger, triangular knife (including triangular scraper for processing), spring knife with self-locking device and other similar single-edged and double-edged knives; Choppers, knives, butchers, axes and other sharp and blunt objects that may endanger the personal safety of passengers other than controlled knives; Baton, tear gas, tear gas gun, stun gun, nail gun, defender, bow, crossbow and other appliances.
4. Do not carry the following inflammable and explosive articles:
Compressed gases and liquefied gases such as hydrogen, methane, ethane, butane, natural gas, ethylene, propylene, acetylene (dissolved in medium), carbon monoxide, liquefied petroleum gas, Freon, oxygen (except bagged medical oxygen for patients to inhale oxygen), water gas; Flammable liquids such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, benzene, ethanol (alcohol), acetone, ether, paint, thinner, rosin oil and products containing flammable solvents; Flammable solids such as red phosphorus, glitter powder, solid alcohol, celluloid and foaming agent H.
Spontaneous combustion articles such as yellow phosphorus, white phosphorus, nitrocellulose (including film), oil paper and its products; Metal potassium, sodium, lithium, calcium carbide (calcium carbide), magnesium aluminum powder and other flammable items when wet; Oxidizers such as potassium permanganate, potassium chlorate, sodium peroxide, potassium peroxide, lead peroxide, peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide and organic peroxide.
Please do not carry the following toxic, corrosive, radioactive, infectious and dangerous articles.
Highly toxic chemicals such as cyanide, arsenic, selenium powder and phenol, and highly toxic pesticides such as tetramine (including rodenticide and insecticide); Corrosive substances such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, storage battery (containing potassium hydroxide solid, filled with acid or alkali solution) and mercury (mercury); Radioactive substances, such as radioisotopes; Pathogens of infectious diseases, such as hepatitis B virus, anthrax, tuberculosis and HIV; Other dangerous goods except the above-mentioned items in the List of Names of Railway Dangerous Goods, as well as goods whose nature is uncertain and may be dangerous.
6. Do not carry the following items that endanger the safety of train operation or public health:
Strongly magnetized substances that may interfere with train signals, articles with strong pungent odor, articles with foul odor, live animals (except guide dogs), articles that may hinder public health, articles that may damage or pollute stations, train service facilities, equipment and spare parts.
Seven, the following items are limited: no more than 20 ml of nail polish, polishing agent, hair dye; Self-spraying pressure vessels with no more than 120ml of cold perm essence, mousse, hair gel, insecticide and air freshener; 2 small boxes of safety matches; Two ordinary lighters.
Eight, other prohibited and restricted articles carried by passengers shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of national laws, administrative regulations and rules.
Nine, illegally carrying the above items, in accordance with the provisions of national laws and regulations.
It is strictly forbidden to carry fireworks and firecrackers on the train, firecrackers, fireworks, gasoline, kerosene, alcohol, banana oil and other inflammable and explosive articles. Once dangerous goods are brought into the station, it will affect passengers' travel, and it will violate the law.
Articles that hinder public health (including stench) cannot be taken on the train, such as stinky tofu and durian. If it affects other passengers, it is also forbidden.
Passengers are strictly prohibited from carrying bicycles (including folding bicycles). If you really want to carry a bike, you need to check it in advance. It should be noted that folding wheelchairs for disabled people who travel in the times can be carried free of charge, which is not within the above scope.

According to the railway passenger transport regulations, the weight and volume of the articles carried by each person free of charge are: children 10 kg (including free children), 35 kg for diplomats and 20 kg for other passengers. The sum of the overall dimensions of each article is not more than 160cm, and the rod-shaped article is not more than 200cm, but it is not more than130 cm when riding the EMU train; The weight does not exceed 20 kilograms. Folding wheelchairs and folding strollers for children with disabilities can be carried free of charge, which is not within the above scope.
Sixty-eighth passengers can check their luggage once with each valid ticket, and disabled people can take the bus unlimited times.
Article 69 When consigning the following articles, the shipper shall provide the transport certificate issued by the prescribed department:
1, gold and silver jewelry, precious cultural relics, currency, securities, guns;
2. Police dogs and animals protected by national laws;
3 shall not be sold for government propaganda at or above the provincial level;
4. Inspection-free items stipulated by relevant state departments;
5. Articles whose transportation is restricted by the state;
6. Other articles that the carrier thinks should be proved.
When consigning animals and plants, there should be a quarantine certificate from the animal and plant quarantine department.
When consigning radioactive materials and oil sample boxes, a dose certificate and an oil sample box use certificate shall be issued in accordance with the provisions of the competent railway department of the State Council.
