PICC Personal Electronic Product Insurance Clause
Event replay valuables in the car will not be compensated for rain damage.

On August 1 day, 2006, a sudden rainstorm occurred in Beijing. When driving home, Miss Liu found that because the window was not completely closed when parking, one window leaked rain, and a computer on the car seat was wet by the rain, resulting in the computer not being used normally, but the insurance company said that this situation would not be compensated.

Claimant: None.

Reason: For private cars and non-operating vehicles, PICC has introduced the "Additional Luggage Loss Insurance Clause", but this clause clearly excludes jewelry, securities and electronic products, and stipulates that the compensation is limited to "the direct damage of the insured motor vehicle to the luggage carried by the vehicle due to accidents within the motor vehicle loss insurance scope".

If auto parts or other cars are damaged due to heavy rain, and you buy third-party liability insurance, you can apply to the insurance company for compensation.
