Because the gift box is an outer packaging box, the printing process is very demanding, and the shortcomings that affect the appearance are the most taboo, such as color difference, ink spots, rotten version and so on.
4, surface treatment, the packaging paper of the gift box usually needs surface treatment, the common ones are bright glue, matte glue, UV, gloss oil, matte oil.
5, beer, beer is an important link in the printing process, beer must be accurate, if beer is not accurate, beer will be biased, beer will continue to affect the subsequent processing.
6. Mounting: Generally, the printed matter is mounted first, and then the beer is mounted, but the gift box is mounted first. First, it is afraid of wrapping paper. Second, the gift box pays attention to the overall beauty. The gift box mounting paper must be hand-made to achieve a certain beauty.
7. Finally, punch the hole, wipe the glue on the surface if it is not punched, and then pack and deliver it.
