The primary and intermediate appraisal methods are divided into theoretical knowledge examination and operational skills examination. The theoretical knowledge examination adopts the closed-book computer examination method, and the operational skills examination adopts the on-site practical operation and written examination method. Both the theoretical knowledge test and the operational skills test adopt a percentage system, and a score of 60 or above is qualified. Those who fail in theoretical knowledge or operational skills can make-up exams according to regulations.
