What are the characteristics of Tibetan turquoise?
Turquoise Introduction: Turquoise is called turquoise in English, and it is also called Turkish jade because of its color and green pine cone shape. It enjoys a high reputation in the world and is called "Oriental Emerald". It is one of the rare precious stones in the world. Because it was imported to European countries through Turkey, it is called "Turkish jade", also known as "Turkish jade". Turquoise products have become an important collection and a secondary mineral. They are leached from groundwater containing copper, aluminum and phosphorus in early granite, and precipitate in veins near the surface to form nodules, which are wrapped by the matrix of dikes. Turquoise is the earliest mineral variety used as decoration. Usually produced in secondary epithermal deposits, the chemical molecular formula is cual6 (PO4) 4 (OH) 8 5h2o. It has a soft waxy luster and belongs to triclinic system. Crystal morphology is dense aphanitic aggregate, sometimes shell-shaped and nodular, and single crystal is extremely rare. The texture is very delicate and the toughness is poor. Turquoise has different colors due to different elements, mostly sky blue, light blue, green blue, green, yellow and light green. Copper oxide is blue and iron oxide is green.

Turquoise has been loved by people in many countries for a long time. Around this magical gem, there are some interesting stories and legends: Persians believe that seeing turquoise at first sight in the morning can bring good luck for a day; Egyptians carved the goddess of love with turquoise to protect their gem shop; Indians believe that turquoise is the spirit of the sea and blue sky, which will bring good luck to the expedition. It is considered as a stone of success and luck and a symbol of divine power. Tibetans in China believe that turquoise is the embodiment of God and has irresistible power. Turks are even convinced that turquoise rosary will block the devil's eyes. More interestingly, when young men and women in medieval Germany got engaged, men always gave their fiancee a turquoise ring, and then paid special attention to its color change. If the turquoise turns from blue to green, it is considered that the fiancee has lost her virginity and the engagement is dissolved. In order not to be deceived, the fiancee should take good care of the turquoise ring. Only wear it when your fiance calls.

Turquoise is the birthstone of December. She represents warmth and anger and symbolizes auspiciousness, eternity and success. Wearing turquoise jewelry makes your life full of love, avoids all unexpected misfortunes and brings good luck. The significance lies in that turquoise is recognized as "the birthstone of December", symbolizing good luck and success, and has the reputation of "the stone of success". Turquoise is considered as "the charm of love". If the lover is unfaithful, the color will fade. If the wearer is dying, it still symbolizes friendship and loyalty. Don't buy turquoise, because it will be considered unlucky, and it is best as a gift.

According to the characteristics of color, luster, texture and blockiness, Chinese mainland generally divides turquoise into three grades:

First-class turquoise: bright sky blue, pure and symmetrical tone, strong luster, slightly transparent to translucent, with a sense of glass. Fine and solid texture, no defects such as iron wire, large pieces.

Second-grade turquoise: dark blue, turquoise or blue-green, with strong luster and slightly transparent. Solid texture, few iron wires or other defects, and medium block size.

Third-grade turquoise: light blue, blue-white or light yellow-green. Poor gloss, loose texture, obvious defects such as iron wire, white brain, tendon and chaff heart, and different block sizes.

Purification method of turquoise:

1: take out the 1 to be purified.

2: each bracelet or pendant uses 10g royal salt.

3. If you use a special purification bowl, you don't need to calculate the amount of water. If you use ordinary glass bowls and porcelain bowls at home, you need to add 500 grams of water to each bracelet. Water doesn't have to be mineral water or pure water, just ordinary tap water. This is because the purification ability of imperial salt is much higher than that of crystal cave, so there is no need to have strict requirements on degaussing consumables.

4. If you need to pray, such as seeking wealth and happiness in marriage, after completing the previous step, take out "Shoushouxuan", also called Shoushouzhi, and write your birthday and lunar wishes on the stamped side of Shoushouxuan. Put the paper in the container. Paper can be folded. If you don't need to pray, follow step five.

5: Put the bracelet into the prepared bowl. If there is a wishing paper in the container, put the bracelet on the paper and pour in water. If there is a filter, it is best to put the royal salt in the filter and then put the filter in the water. The filter tool is used to prevent impurities and dust particles from scratching the tiger crystal.

6: Wait for 24 hours to complete degaussing. The waiting time can be more than 24 hours, but not less than 24 hours.

7: Pour out the salt water for purification, take out the paper to dry and then burn it.

Note: once the turquoise is degaussed, it can last 1 to 3 months. It is harmless to degauss frequently. Imperial salt is not sea salt, coarse salt or big salt, but is refined and processed from seawater. Therefore, it has no corrosive effect on natural turquoise.
