The notice is as follows:
First, limit the driving time and road range.

Yanlong Avenue, Baohe Avenue, Danping Expressway, Yanhe Road (including Yanhe North Road and Yanhe South Road), Buxin Road, Nigang East Road, Nigang West Road, Beihuan Avenue, Feng Chun Road Viaduct, Binhe Avenue and Binhai Avenue.

Third, human tricycles, electric tricycles and illegally installed power devices, Class II and III non-motor vehicles are prohibited from passing on the roads in our city, except for disabled motorized wheelchairs filed by the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation.
