1. Open "KeyShot 10" and click the "Lighting" icon on the right.

2. Select "Basic" or "Product, Interior, Jewelry, Custom" mode, and "Performance Mode" cannot adjust the shadow.

3. Expand the Ambient Lighting option.

4. Modify the shadow quality number in the input box, or drag the slider to adjust the shadow quality.
