Four people were detained by the police after the female tour guide called the police. Among them, male and female tourists in their forties were mainland couples, and four claimed to have been attacked. The 37-year-old female tour guide and the 27-year-old woman suffered head and face injuries respectively and were sent to Queen Elizabeth Hospital. The 40-year-old mainland couple said shortly after being detained in the police station that they were not suitable for hospitalization.
