Recently, the Science and Technology Department of guangdong provincial department of human resources and social security and Guangdong Province jointly issued "Several Opinions on Further Reforming the Evaluation of Professional Titles of Scientific and Technical Personnel" (hereinafter referred to as "Opinions"). The "Opinions" clearly put forward "connecting the career development channels of professional and technical personnel and skilled personnel" and "carrying out the pilot work of connecting the career development of skilled personnel and engineering and technical personnel in the specialty with close engineering series selection and innovation drive. The author understands that there are currently 156 technical colleges in the province with 622,600 students. The employment rate of Guangdong technical colleges has remained above 98% in recent years, and many technical schools have achieved counterpart employment 100% all the year round.
Guangdong technical education can continuously achieve high employment rate and high quality employment. As far as I know, there are three secrets.
First, employment-oriented education, school-enterprise cooperation to cultivate skilled talents. Guangdong mechanic education adheres to employment-oriented education, and through the school-enterprise cooperation system, what kind of skills the market needs will be trained.
At present, Guangdong has opened up a talent training growth channel of "enrollment, training and employment" through the enrollment brand of technical schools, the training brand of school-enterprise cooperation and the brand of high-quality employment. In addition, Guangdong actively reformed the talent training mode, set up a "hundred schools and thousands of enterprises" school-enterprise cooperation platform, and organized 100 high-quality technical colleges to cooperate with 1000 well-known enterprises, especially strengthening the close docking cooperation with large-scale backbone enterprises to speed up the training of skilled personnel. For example, Guangdong Lingnan Industrial and Commercial First Technician College has carried out in-depth school-enterprise cooperation, and the school and Dongfeng Nissan have jointly built a first-class national training base for automobile manufacturing and maintenance in Guangdong Province, and the quality of personnel training has been rising. Second, establish a professional system closely related to industrial development. In recent years, Guangdong Institute of Technology has opened nearly 100 majors, involving new energy, new materials, electronic information, animation industry and other emerging industries, of which 80% are high-tech and compound majors such as CNC manufacturing technology, computer application, mechatronics, modern automobile inspection and so on, and the development level ranks among the top in the country.
For example, Guangzhou Nanhua Industry and Trade Technical School, as the earliest technical school in China to offer jewelry specialty, has always been famous for its "golden signboard" in the whole country. Third, the cultivation of practical skills should be emphasized. As we all know, high professional matching and strong practical ability are the advantages of technical school students' employment. Guangdong technical colleges fully implement the skill-oriented "double certificates" system, and regard obtaining vocational qualification certificates as an important indicator of school teaching quality evaluation and student training evaluation, provide support for students to obtain qualification certificates in education, teaching and skill appraisal, and guide students to obtain academic certificates and vocational qualification certificates at the same time when they graduate.
At the same time, Guangdong implements a skill-based academic system, increases the proportion of practical work, and the time ratio of students' theoretical study and practical work is 4∶6, and implements the reform of integrated curriculum system.
