How to maintain diamonds?
Maintenance method

Cleaning: After wearing for a period of time, there will be a layer of oil on the surface. Regular cleaning can keep the diamond bright. In order to protect the diamond from damage, please use the correct maintenance method.

Cleaning with detergent: Fill the container with warm water, add neutral detergent, soak the diamond jewelry for 10- 15 minutes, brush it gently with a toothbrush, then rinse it with clear water and dry it. Remember, don't wash directly under the tap. Once the diamond comes loose and falls off and rushes into the sewer, it's too late to regret it.

Cold water cleaning: soak the diamond in 50% Armenian water and 50% cold water for 30 minutes, brush it with a toothbrush, and take it out to absorb moisture.

Quick cleaning: go to the jewelry store to buy diamond cleaning solution and clean diamond jewelry according to the instructions.

Professional cleaning: send diamond jewelry to professional jewelry store for maintenance every 2-3 months, including cleaning, renovation and checking whether the diamond is loose.

The highest grade of diamond on the Mohs hardness scale for measuring the relative hardness of gemstones is 10 degree. It is more scratch-resistant than all other gems, so it is difficult to scratch, so you will find it easier to maintain. However, it should be noted that despite the highest hardness, diamonds may damage each other, so care should be taken to prevent mutual friction when wearing or storing. Diamonds are carbon, so it's best to wrap them in soft handkerchiefs instead of artificial plastic boxes. Before collecting jewelry, I suggest you gently wipe it with a soft cloth.

Matters needing attention

Please don't get chlorine bleach on diamond jewelry when doing housework. Although it will not damage the diamond, it will make the inlay fade or change color. Don't wear diamonds when washing dishes or doing rough work. Although the diamond is hard, it may be scratched if it is struck hard according to its grain direction. Take your own diamond jewelry to a regular jewelry store once a year to check whether the inlay is loose and worn, re-fix it and renovate it for free.
