The plot is controlled as commercial and financial land, with functions such as commerce, office and residence as the main functions. The planned net land area is 1.32 hectares, and the building height does not exceed 100 meters.
Plot No.2-Caojiawan Social Residence, which is located in the second line of Lumo Road, covers four areas: Contemporary Garden Community in the east, Science and Technology Bureau Dormitory in Hongshan District in the south, Planning Road 15m in the west and Wuhan Instrument Factory Dormitory in the north. The plot is divided into north and south by the planned road, and the road width is 15m. The plot is controlled as residential land, and its functions are mainly residential and commercial. The planned net land area is 3.4 hectares, and the building height is determined according to the specific plan.
Plot No.3, a primary school affiliated to the former Geological University, is115m long and has a net land area of 5,000m2. It is planned to build a jewelry art center with one basement and five floors above ground, with a construction area of about 1 1,000 square meters.
Plot No.4-Located on the north side of East Gate 2 of Geo University, it is adjacent to campus hospital in the east, campus road in East Gate 2 in the south, Lumo Road in the west and Wuhan wireless power plant residential area in the north. The net land area is 8000 square meters. It is planned to build a jewelry building integrating jewelry sales, jewelry design, appraisal, research and development and training, with a construction area of about 30,000 square meters.
Plot No.5 —— Located on the south side of East Gate 2 of Geo University, adjacent to Lumo Road, with a length of130m and a net land area of about 8,000m2. The proposed academic exchange center (jewelry trading market on the first floor underground and five-star hotel on the upper floor) has a construction area of about 30,000 square meters.
