Support the world's top 500 enterprises, China Tourism Group's top 20 enterprises and enterprises listed on the main board, Growth Enterprise Market, Science and Technology Innovation Board and North Exchange to invest in the development of ice and snow industry in our province. For the newly established headquarters or regional headquarters in our province, if the annual business reaches the standard or above, a one-time reward will be given at 5% of the annual business income.
2. Promote project construction.
Incorporate the ice and snow industry projects with annual planned investment scale above the standard into the provincial top 100 projects and enjoy the relevant policy support of the provincial top 100 projects.
3. Brand building activities
Support enterprises in the ice and snow industry to build brands, and give one-time rewards to those who are recognized as well-known trademarks, selected into the top 20 of China Tourism Group, and the first batch of national 5A-level tourist attractions, national tourist resorts, national ski resorts, national sports industry bases, national sports tourism demonstration bases, national night culture and tourism consumption gathering areas, national cultural industry and tourism industry integration development demonstration areas, and national primary and secondary school research and practice education base camps.
4. Conduct competitions and exchanges.
If large-scale international and domestic ice and snow events are held, the organizers of the events will be given 70% and 50% subsidies for venue rental, construction, referee engagement and other expenses respectively, with the maximum subsidy not exceeding the specified amount each time. For particularly important large-scale activities, the subsidy standard can be determined through one-on-one discussion.
5. Talent cultivation and introduction
Incorporate the construction of compound talents in the ice and snow industry into the talent work budget of governments at all levels, continuously increase investment in compound talents training, and focus on supporting local talents to go abroad and come in for international high-end training.
