Li Sisi was born in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China, and graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University with a bachelor's degree in finance. She studied for an MBA at the University of Washington, Ann Porter, and obtained a master's degree in finance from Kawei Business School of the University of Houston.
