Qingdao Railway Station (Sifang or Cangkou Station can be used) takes a train to Weifang. After leaving Weifang Railway Station, you can take a bus to Changle at the coach station on the east side of the railway station.

Or take a bus directly from Huangdao to Weifang, and then there is a bus directly from where you get off to Changle.
