Units or individuals who donate or adopt can enjoy the naming right of green space for a certain period of time.
Specific measures for investment, donation and adoption shall be formulated by the Municipal People's Government. Eighth organs, schools, enterprises and institutions and the news media should strengthen the publicity and education of urban greening protection, and raise citizens' awareness of caring for urban green space.
All units and individuals have the obligation to protect urban green space, trees, flowers and urban greening facilities, and have the right to discourage and report acts that undermine urban greening. Ninth units and individuals that have made contributions to urban greening shall be commended and rewarded by the municipal, county and district people's governments.
