On July 18, 20 1 1, Wuhan Psychological Hospital affiliated to China Geo University was established. On September 29th, the Chongqing Municipal People's Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement with six universities including China Geo University.
From 2065438 to February 2009, the school was recognized by the Ministry of Education as the first batch of scientific and technological achievements transformation and technology transfer bases in colleges and universities. In July, the first batch was selected into the China University Students' Planetary Science Alliance.
